Configuration in the HUB2 Dashboard

To use the submerchant feature, you need an API key with the required permissions. You can configure your API keys from the dashboard.
Your merchant account must be set up as a parent merchant. If it is not, the submerchant endpoints return a 404 error. Contact our support team to activate it.

API Key Configuration

Generate a new API key with the permissions for submerchants:
  • Go to Management → Developers
  • Click Create a key
  • Select the following permissions during creation:
    • Api.submerchant_create: create submerchants
    • Api.submerchant_list: list your submerchants
    • Api.submerchant_update: update a submerchant
